Location to Wembley was great. Breakfast menu choices were excellent, lovely salmon and scrambled egg muffin. Bed was so comfortable, an excellent night sleep!
Dont use the recommended taxi service that the hotel suggest for Wembley - Poor service and no customer relations, conflicting instructions for a pick up point which is poor when you have no knowledge of the area. Asked for an extra toilet roll (only had half a roll on arrival) and a bar of soap for the bathroom on the day of arrival, neither of which turned up at all during our stay! - Poor!

Can just recommend for spending night
Convenient location, clean room, helpful staff, and I particularly appreciated the free parking and the easy access to Central London via the Central Line.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Conveniently situated for London. Near to transport, tube and buses. Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Rooms were a good size and well appointed. Availability of free parking was helpful. Meals were available at reasonable price until 9.45pm. Though not cheap, rooms were good value for money.
Local roads are very busy and there can be traffic noise audible in some rooms...for light sleepers this could be an issue.

It was reasonably priced. The breakfast with juice, great Croissants plus cheese was rich and very very good, had so much to choose from. The location was great for me. The hotel was in an excellent area.
Views were not so great.

Take advantage of the local transportation network. it's just a short walk to the underground which connects well to central London.

This hotel is an absolute gem and great value for money, given its London location. It has comfortable rooms, a great public bar of the old school that serves real ale and excellent food. There is also a very good restaurant serving dinner and breakfast. I was staying there during a business trip to the area but would recommend the Bridge Hotel for those visiting London for pleasure, as the Central Line tube station is only a ten minute walk away. From a service perspective I was also very impressed. I arrived early, before normal check in time. However this was no problem for them. I was offered complimentary coffee whilst the room was made up. If only all hotels were like this!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, made check-in easy. The room was clean and comfy, just what we needed after a long day. It's really close to the tube which was great for getting around. Plus, there's a bus right outside that goes straight to wembley, so handy for concerts! Free wifi was a nice touch too.
had some issues with the tv not working at first and the breakfast service was kinda slow.

Stayed two night. Location is good for where I was working. Car parking wasn't full when I arrived which is essential for me. Air conditioning in rooms is good. Hotels in this area suffer badly from traffic noise. Having aircon means you can shut the windows so it is quiet, but not get too hot. Shower worked well, tea and coffee and other facilities in the room were better than Premier Inn. This hotel suited my purpose for convenience and comfort given where I was working. I would use it again but wouldn't recommend it for a pleasure trip. Not bad value if you have to stay in this area.
Poor choice in the restaurant and very slow service on a night when there was another function on. Doesn't look like there are other restaurants in walking distance. Piri Piri chicken acceptable, chicken curry special fairly good, I'd have struggled to choose for a third night. (Didn't try the steak having seen another review about it) I paid for the room on arrival but had to ask three times for a vat receipt. It wasn't a problem on this occasion but I don't like having to check out in the morning. It took several minutes to get my receipt so if there had been a couple more people paying before me I'd have wated time that I wanted to use to get to work. A fairly old hotel that has had some re- furbishment work done to it, so it is functional. Overall impression is that interior (and my room) is a bit dingy and slightly tired.

We liked the Bridge Hotel because of the location, we found it to be very quite and relaxing you would never think you were on the corner of a main road. Loved the eveining meal we had the receptionist on arrival was very pleasant, facilities were acceptable and the hotel was very clean. Loved the fact that we coulde sit outside in a pleasant seated area.
The fact that on booking I mentioned I was gluten free and when the chef was asked for gluten free toast at breakfast he sent back a rather smart reply saying "All our Bread has Flour".....The Waitress the following morning spilt some milk on our table with no apology wiped it with her hand and swept the floor around us as we ate our breakfast.....an absolute no NO......particuls of dust were flying around everywhere....
